Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for our banking products. The ideal candidate brings solid UX thinking, strong visual design skills, and prior experience in digital banking or fintech environments.
Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of UX/UI design experience
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services (mandatory)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to conduct UX research and competitor benchmarking, and translate insights into actionable design decisions
• Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
