Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced IBM Maximo Techo-functional Lead for a position of Asset Management Lead with strong expertise in system configuration, customization, integrations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will lead the modernization and implementation of IBM MAS solutions, while driving integration with enterprise systems and delivering advanced reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo

• Strong expertise in Maximo MAS Manage configuration & administration

• Solid experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.)

• Strong BIRT reporting and dashboard development skills

• Experience in data migration and data quality management

• Working knowledge of Java and automation scripting (Python)

• Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware

• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

• Exposure to multiple business lines with diverse requirements

• Experience in facility management contracts
