Key Responsibilities
Logistics:
• Coordinate packing and shipping instructions
• Manage sales confirmations and purchase instructions
• Book shipments with freight forwarders
• Verify shipping documents (BL, Packing List, COO, Health Certificate)
• Track shipments and coordinate dispatch documentation
• Monitor freight rates and liaise with suppliers & customers
Accounting:
• Book transactions and costs in ERP system (Navision or similar)
• Manage payables and receivables
• Perform daily bank reconciliation
• Support month-end stock reconciliation
• Assist with VAT documentation
Requirements
Experience in logistics coordination and/or accounting (FMCG preferred)
ERP knowledge (Navision or similar) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
