Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements
• Post job ads on LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, and other UAE platforms
• Source candidates via databases, Boolean search, and referrals
• Manage salary negotiations based on UAE market benchmarks
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
Skills & Experience:
• 2–5 years of IT recruitment experience in the UAE/GCC
• EU work exposure is a must
• Experience hiring for key IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, IT Support, Infrastructure)
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
