🔹 Job Purpose

To plan and execute preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment reliability, minimum downtime, and optimal plant performance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Handle troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance, and machine installation

Plan and execute preventive & condition-based maintenance programs

Manage MV & HV electrical maintenance within the plant

Lead maintenance projects, budgeting, and resource planning

Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability practices

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

Coordinate with stores for spare parts management

Manage contractors and outsourced maintenance services

Maintain records and track activities through ERP systems

Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

🔹 Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

✔ Cable manufacturing experience is mandatory

✔ Strong experience in electrical maintenance (MV & HV systems)

✔ Proven experience in plant maintenance, troubleshooting & projects

✔ Knowledge of ERP systems and maintenance planning tools

✔ Ability to manage teams and handle multiple priorities
