📌 Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the operational and technical readiness of systems and facilities before starting any integration or implementation activities.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end integration process for new sites or business units, ensuring completion within agreed project timelines.
• Coordinate re-engagement efforts with external partners or internal teams and ensure all requirements are met for successful reintegration.
• Manage onboarding activities for new branches or extensions of existing facilities, including connectivity checks and basic functionality testing.
• Compile, review, and submit periodic onboarding or integration performance reports for management review.
• Prepare and publish regular updates on upcoming releases, deployments, or onboarding progress using the designated tracking tools.
• Investigate and resolve post‑deployment issues related to onboarding or integration activities.
• Support additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
📌 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
