🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative and supply chain documentation, reports, and records.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for smooth procurement and inventory flow.
Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Support purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
Assist management with operational coordination and administrative tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in administration, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of inventory systems, procurement processes, and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
