Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement of finishing materials and related packages
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules
• Prepare and analyze RFQs, BOQs, and cost comparisons
• Coordinate with site and project teams for material requirements
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure quality compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven UAE experience in procurement for high-rise & villa projects
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and suppliers
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
