🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
15–20 years of experience in EPC / Oil & Gas industry
Strong background with core engineering companies
Mandatory experience in ADNOC projects
Proven track record managing 2–3 ADNOC projects simultaneously
PMP certification preferred (additional certifications are a plus)
Strong leadership, coordination, and project delivery skills

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across projects
Manage engineering execution, design, and deliverables
Ensure full compliance with ADNOC standards
Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
Control project timelines, budgets, and quality
