Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within the construction industry
Strong exposure to UAE/GCC hiring (white collar)
Familiarity with RTA/Infrastructure project requirements will be a strong advantage
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job portals, and headhunting strategies
