Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
• Ability to manage visitors, calls, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Experience in a corporate environment is preferred
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and clients
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence
• Manage meeting room bookings and appointments
• Maintain front desk operations and administrative records
• Provide general administrative support to the team
