Aion Digital is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation and fintech delivery programs. The ideal candidate must have strong banking or fintech industry experience along with a proven background in managing technology and digital implementation projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program governance and delivery

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication

• Lead cross-functional teams across technology and business

• Use AI tools, dashboards, JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools for planning and tracking

• Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks and dependencies

• Coordinate with vendors, remote teams, and senior leadership

• Automate reporting workflows and improve delivery efficiency

• Track KPIs and ensure quality delivery standards

🔹 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management / PMO / Program Delivery

• Mandatory experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience managing technical or digital implementation projects

• Exposure to digital banking or transformation programs preferred

• PMP / PRINCE II certification preferred

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern project tools
