The role is to manage the card system support function of the bank in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support of cards systems and and Self Service Channels (ATM/CDM etc.).
To ensure the delivery of Service Levels through problem management and support for the implementation of systems changes on ATM Switch & Debit Card System (HPS PowerCARD), Vynamic Transaction Engine, Nano Perso – Personalization System.
Technical Skills:
Must have good knowledge on ISO8583, Cards Business Domain in Mastercard and VISA, good experience on HPS PowerCARD and suite of products implementation and support.
Should have good experience on the EMV Personalization System (NANO Perso).
Should have experience in working and handling multiple ATM vendors like Diebold Nixdorf, NCR etc and understanding of NDC protocols.
Should have good PL/SQL programming skills in Oracle and should have good knowledge on AIX / Unix / Linux commands.
Good understanding of Mastercard and VISA simulators and payment scheme compliances.
Should have previous experiences in handling online / offline certification testing with Mastercard and VISA.
Understanding of tokenization in card system, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.
