Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of FMCG products
Source and develop reliable local & international suppliers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms & delivery schedules
Coordinate with export, logistics, sales & finance teams
Handle purchase orders, supplier agreements & export documentation
Ensure compliance with quality standards & international trade practices
Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery/quality issues
Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of FMCG procurement experience
Strong knowledge of sourcing, packaging materials & vendor management
Familiarity with export documentation, customs procedures & Incoterms
Proficiency in Zoho & MS Excel
Excellent negotiation & communication skills
Fluency in English is mandatory
Preferred:
Experience handling international suppliers
Exposure to food, personal care, or household FMCG products
Willingness to travel
