• Strong experience in Digital Banking & Cards Banking (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong techno functional understanding (business + technology alignment, not purely technical)
• Experience in program governance and stakeholder management
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Project for planning and tracking
