📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
▪️Previous experience as a Waiter, Butler, or Hospitality Attendant, preferably in a 5-star hotel, luxury hospitality, executive lounge, or corporate environment
▪️Excellent customer service and communication skills with a warm, professional, and discreet approach
▪️Ability to provide high-quality beverage and refreshment service while anticipating guest need
▪️ Knowledge of silver service or butler-style service.
▪️ Basic understanding of coffee preparation, beverages, and dietary/allergy consideration
▪️Experience in executive office or corporate hospitality is an advantage
📌 Responsibilities:
▪️ Prepare and set up meeting rooms according to booking requirements, ensuring all rooms are presentation-ready.
▪️ Provide professional beverage, refreshment, and light catering service to employees, VIP guests, and executives.
▪️ Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages while proactively replenishing refreshments during meetings.
▪️ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, pantry areas, and service equipment.
▪️ Coordinate with the Front of House team to support meeting schedules, VIP visits, and special events.
▪️ Ensure meeting rooms are reset promptly after each use and report any maintenance or service issues.
▪️ Monitor beverage supplies and assist with inventory and stock management.
