Key Responsibilities & Skills:

5+ Years professional experience in software development with significant contributions to end-to-end project design and delivery.

Experience working with open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning models at scale.

Strong understanding of vector databases, embedding models, semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architecture.

Experience with AI model deployment, monitoring, and A/B testing in production environments.

Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, including bias detection, fairness evaluation, and explainability.

Expertise in enterprise automation frameworks and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) integration.

Hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms and document layout analysis models.

Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Oracle APEX.

Experience developing custom adapters and AI connectors for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate third-party applications.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and advanced PL/SQL performance tuning and optimization.

Oracle Cloud certifications (Oracle AI, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle PaaS, or related certifications) are preferred.

Experience in custom role development and Oracle Cloud system administration.

Good knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including automated AR/AP invoice processing and bank statement integrations.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion security roles, page personalization, and web services is an added advantage.
