Key Qualifications:

- Strong project management experience in construction and luxury interior fit-out projects.

- Ability to plan, execute, and successfully deliver high-end residential developments.

- Experience in expediting materials, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of finishes, fixtures, and joinery.

- Strong inspection and quality control experience, coordinating with consultants for approvals and project handovers.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Excellent knowledge of UAE building regulations, luxury fit-out processes, materials, and finishing standards.

- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
