Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple outlets and divisions
✅ Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding & manpower planning
✅ Ensure HR policies, employee records, payroll & compliance are maintained
✅ Support employee relations, grievances, performance reviews & appraisals
✅ Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law
✅ Coordinate training, employee engagement & retention initiatives
Requirements:
🔹 10–15 years of overall HR experience
🔹 Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Qatar
🔹 Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law is mandatory
🔹 Experience in at least 2 sectors: Retail / Wholesale / Distribution / Restaurant
🔹 Experience handling multi-outlet or group company operations preferred
🔹 Must speak Malayalam, male candidate.
🔹 Valid Qatar driving license and own car required
🔹 MBA in HR / Management preferred
