Key Requirements:
✅ 7–10 years of HR experience
✅ Strong background in wholesale, FMCG, retail distribution, trading, supermarket, foodstuff, logistics, or manpower-based operations
✅ UAE HR experience preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & HR compliance
✅ Experience in manpower planning, restructuring, HR strategy, performance management, and process improvement
✅ Ability to work closely with senior management and influence business-level decisions
