The Head of Digital Delivery will lead the execution of the bank's digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of customer-centric digital products, platforms, and services while maintaining compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements.
Requirements:
🔸12+ years of experience in digital delivery, technology transformation, or program management within banking or financial services.
🔸Strong expertise in Agile delivery, digital banking platforms, and large-scale transformation programs.
🔸Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
🔸PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
