Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE
✅ Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market research
✅ Approach corporate clients and promote recruitment, HR consulting, training, and workforce solutions
✅ Schedule client meetings and understand business requirements
✅ Prepare proposals, follow up with clients, and convert leads into business
✅ Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
🔹 UAE experience is mandatory
🔹 1–3 years of business development / sales experience
🔹 Must have experience in the B2B service industry
🔹 Experience in recruitment, HR consulting, staffing, outsourcing, or professional services is an advantage
🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
🔹 Confident in dealing with business owners, HR heads, and senior management
🔹 UAE driving license will be an advantage
