Required Skills:
1. 15–20 years of experience in Oracle Utilities
2. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM), and Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M)
3. Experience delivering multiple implementation and support projects across utility domains
4. Strong knowledge of:
a) Rates, Billing, Payments, Meter Reading & Meter Management
b) Credit & Collections, Case Management, New Connections
c) Scalar & Interval Data, VEE Rules, Device Management, Usage Management
d) Remote Connect/Disconnect, Events & Alarms, TOU, IMD, XML, Device Communication
e) OUAF development and deployment
5. Ability to lead client requirement workshops, solution discussions, and provide sustainable architectural solutions
6. Experience reviewing HLDs, LLDs, customizations, configurations, and test cases
7. Strong analytical skills for RCA, corrective/preventive actions, and identifying automation opportunities
8. Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, or MDM Certification is highly preferred
9. Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
