Experience: 12+ Years (including 3+ years in Data Quality Engineering within Financial Services)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Profile and analyze large-scale banking datasets to identify anomalies, duplicates, and data quality issues.

2. Develop reusable data quality rules, validation logic, and automated cleansing workflows using Informatica IDQ.

3. Build data quality scorecards and dashboards.

4. Collaborate with Data Governance and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance and improve data quality.

5. Support banking data governance initiatives aligned with BCBS 239, Basel III, AML, and KYC requirements.

Required Skills:

1. Expert in Informatica IDQ (Developer, Analyst, Profiling, Rule Specifications)

2. Advanced SQL skills

3. Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or DB2

4. Good understanding of ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Data Lineage, and Data Lake architectures

5. Banking domain experience in Retail Banking, Credit Risk, or Financial Reporting

6. Power BI knowledge is an added advantage
