Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
✔ Experience recruiting for Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Construction projects is highly preferred.
✔ Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
✔ Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and candidate sourcing.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
✔ Must be currently based in the UAE.
