The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, preparing RFQs and Purchase Orders, evaluating quotations, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring procurement activities are carried out efficiently and in line with company policies.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience
✅ Construction/FM industry experience is mandatory
✅ Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills
✅ Experience with RFQs, commercial evaluations, and purchase orders
✅ Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, IFS, etc.) is an advantage
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
