✔️ Looking for a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 / 𝗨𝗫 𝗨𝗜 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 with 𝟳+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in digital product design.
✔️ Strong experience in 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, or 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 domains.
✔️ Hands-on expertise in 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
✔️ Proven experience designing 𝘄𝗲𝗯 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 with strong UX principles.
✔️ Experience with 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, journey mapping, usability testing, and interaction design.
✔️ Strong understanding of 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲/𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 methodologies and large-scale digital transformation programs.
✔️ Experience in 𝗦𝗠𝗘 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, payments, lending, or transaction banking journeys preferred.
✔️ Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with product teams and business stakeholders.
