Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.

• Strong proficiency with JMeter / K6 / Gatling or equivalent performance testing tools.

• Proven experience in testing API, Web, and Mobile applications for performance and scalability.

• Good understanding of frontend rendering, API latency, and backend throughput analysis.

• Exposure to mobile performance testing tools (e.g., Firebase Test Lab, Browser Stack, Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments)

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and integration of performance tests into build pipelines.

• Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, or equivalent observability platforms for performance visualization and alerting.

• Familiarity with containerized and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).

• Strong analytical, debugging, and system-tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in capacity planning and scalability assessments across digital channels.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Groovy, or Shell) for automation and data correlation.

• Familiarity with database performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

• Certification in Performance Testing / Engineering (e.g., JMeter Certified Tester, LoadRunner Professional) is an advantage.

• Strong sense of ownership and collaboration mindset across cross-functional teams.
