📌 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Manage snagging activities and ensure timely resolution.
▪️ Oversee snagging software implementation and utilization across projects.
▪️ Review snagging data and prepare reports with action plans.
▪️ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project handovers.
▪️ Support the delivery of high-quality properties and an excellent customer experience.
📌 What We're Looking For
▪️ Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
▪️ 5+ years of relevant experience
▪️ UAE driving license and own vehicle
▪️ Site-based role with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
