Key Requirements:
✅ Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Sales Executive
✅ Experience in optical retail is mandatory
✅ Strong sales, customer service, and team management skills
✅ Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and retail reporting
✅ Presentable, confident, and target-oriented
✅ Ability to manage store operations independently
✅ Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage and motivate the store team
🔹 Monitor inventory and product availability
🔹 Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising
🔹 Handle customer queries and after-sales support
🔹 Prepare daily sales and operational reports
