We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in EPC Oil & Gas projects and extensive experience managing the complete procurement lifecycle—from project award through procurement planning, vendor management, expediting, logistics, and final project close-out.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 15 years of procurement experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE.

✔ Proven experience managing procurement activities from project award through project completion and handover.

✔ Strong knowledge of procurement for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, and civil materials.

✔ Excellent commercial negotiation and contract management skills.

✔ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).

✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

✔ Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.

Preferred Certifications

🔹 CIPS Level 4/5/6 or MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) – Preferred

🔹 PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred

🔹 Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP – ASCM/APICS) – Preferred

🔹 Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM – ISM) – Preferred

🔹 FIDIC Contract Management Certification – Preferred

🔹 NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely – Advantage
