What you'll do:

🔹 Expedite vendor deliverables, manufacturing progress & delivery for critical project equipment (LLIs)

🔹 Track and report vendor performance against committed delivery schedules

🔹 Coordinate with QA/QC, Logistics & Engineering to resolve delays and mitigate risk

🔹 Support Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIMs) for critical items

🔹 Maintain the Procurement/Expediting Register and issue progress reports

What we're looking for:

✅ Relevant Engineering/Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)

✅ Proven expediting experience min 12-15 years on EPC / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects

✅ Familiarity with ADNOC-approved vendor frameworks and procurement procedures

✅ Strong vendor follow-up, communication, and multitasking skills

✅ Available on short notice for immediate mobilization

Preferred certifications:

🎓 CSCP / CPSM (Certified Supply Chain / Procurement Professional) — APICS/ISM

🎓 CIPS Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Procurement & Supply

🎓 PMP or similar project/procurement management certification (an advantage)
