Experience: 4–6 Years

We are looking for a Security-Focused IT Security & Infrastructure Administrator to strengthen our IT environment and protect critical systems against evolving cyber threats.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure security, system hardening, cybersecurity operations, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Secure and manage VMware ESXi, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments.

✅ Implement cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, and security best practices.

✅ Manage endpoint protection using SentinelOne and respond to security incidents.

✅ Maintain secure backup solutions using Veeam with ransomware resilience strategies.

✅ Support Microsoft 365 security, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity management.

✅ Configure and secure networks, firewalls, VLANs, and access controls.

✅ Perform monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

✔ 4–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity administration.

✔ Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Veeam, Microsoft 365 Security, SentinelOne, and networking.

✔ Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CEH, CISM, AZ-500, CCNA, or similar are an advantage.

✔ Strong analytical skills and a threat-hunting mindset.
