Experience
3-4 years of relevant experience in NOC, IT Data Centre Operations, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Support within a 24/7 environment.
Monitoring Exposure
Hands-on experience with renowned enterprise monitoring platforms such as Manage Engine Site24x7, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar solutions. Experience with Manage Engine Site24x7 will be considered a strong advantage.
Process Knowledge
Good understanding of ITIIL Process, incident management, escalation handling, SLA/OLA-based support, and change management processes.
Technical Skills
Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN, internet connectivity, servers, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms.
Working Hours
• 24x7 shift-based role, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
