📌 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Performance Manager to lead KPI management, performance monitoring, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives within the utilities sector.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise in performance management and data-driven decision-making, with a proven track record of translating operational and project data into meaningful performance insights and improvement actions.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage project and operational KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze KPI performance, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare accurate and insightful performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Establish performance measurement methodologies, targets, and reporting standards.
Work closely with project, operational, and management teams to drive accountability and performance improvement.
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analytics and performance insights.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project and organizational performance.
Provide management with actionable recommendations based on KPI analysis and performance trends.
Continuously improve KPI systems, reporting processes, and performance management practices.
📌 Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, Data Analytics, or an equivalent relevant discipline.
Minimum 12 years of total professional experience in Utilities.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar performance management role.
Demonstrated experience in KPI management, performance reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven ability to interpret complex performance data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Experience working in a project-driven utilities environment is highly desirable.
Candidates must be available in the UAE and have relevant utilities/performance management experience.
