📌 Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Utilities Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline.
8–12 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in wastewater network operations, maintenance, and rehabilitation management.
📌 Key Responsibilities :
The Network Manager will lead and coordinate wastewater network activities, including:
Managing wastewater network operations and maintenance within the Contract Area.
Planning and coordinating network inspections, CCTV surveys, and condition assessments.
Managing blockage prevention programs and flushing activities.
Ensuring timely and effective management of customer complaints.
Coordinating emergency responses to network incidents.
Managing network defects and ensuring appropriate corrective and rehabilitation actions.
Ensuring activities are planned and executed in a coordinated, risk-informed manner.
Maintaining network performance to support service continuity, environmental protection, and contractual compliance.
