🔧 Key Requirements:
✔ 7–10 years of automotive workshop/service experience
✔ 3–5 years of UAE experience in a managerial or supervisory role
✔ Multi-brand workshop experience is mandatory
✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical & diagnostic systems
✔ Experience managing technicians, workshop productivity and service quality
✔ Strong understanding of job cards, estimations, turnaround time and workshop profitability
✔ Excellent leadership and customer complaint-handling skills
✔ UAE Driving Licence preferred

You will take full ownership of workshop operations, team productivity, quality control, customer satisfaction, vehicle turnaround time and overall workshop performance.
