▪️ Develop and execute the company's sales strategy

▪️ Generate new industrial customers and business opportunities

▪️ Build and manage key/strategic accounts

▪️ Manage Sales Engineers and drive sales targets

▪️ Monitor enquiries, quotations and order conversions

▪️ Develop relationships with factories, OEMs, contractors and maintenance companies

▪️ Maintain an active and disciplined sales pipeline

▪️ Work closely with Engineering and Production on technical/commercial opportunities

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 10–12+ years of B2B industrial sales experience

✔️ Previous Sales Manager / Business Development Manager experience

✔️ Experience selling engineering/manufacturing services preferred

✔️ Understanding of machining, fabrication, hydraulics or industrial maintenance

✔️ Existing UAE/GCC industrial customer network is a major advantage

✔️ Strong negotiation and key-account management skills

✔️ Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
