Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, retrofit works, construction, and facility management. The candidate should have excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage mechanical projects from planning and design coordination through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Key Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
🔹 8–12 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, MEP Construction, Retrofit, or Facility Management
🔹 Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, testing & commissioning
🔹 Experience in retrofit and renovation projects, preferably in live/operational facilities
🔹 Strong project management, team leadership, and client coordination skills
🔹 UAE/GCC experience is mandatory
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional capable of managing mechanical projects from planning and execution through testing, commissioning, and handover.
