✔️ 𝗔𝗜 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿: 5+ years of strong hands-on 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 development and production-grade AI solutions

✔️ 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁: 10+ years software/solution architecture with 4+ years in enterprise 𝗔𝗜/𝗠𝗟

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵, 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 or equivalent Agentic AI frameworks

✔️ Experience with 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆 / 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜 and enterprise 𝗟𝗟𝗠 solutions

✔️ Strong knowledge of 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 patterns, RAG, tool use, HITL, prompt engineering and model evaluation

✔️ Hands-on experience with 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗣𝗜𝘀, JSON schemas, Git and CI/CD

✔️ Experience with 𝗔𝗜 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀, PII protection, content safety, security and AI governance

✔️ Strong exposure to 𝗔𝗞𝗦, 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, Document Intelligence and scalable AI platform architecture

✔️ Experience with 𝗢𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, Temporal or Airflow is an advantage

✔️ Banking, Payments, KYC, AML or Document Processing experience is preferred
