Define customer, account, product, transaction and party data models; align API and event payloads to BIAN semantics where appropriate; establish data ownership, lineage and quality controls; define canonical and domain models; guide customer master and MDM integration; apply AI-assisted data modelling, mapping, metadata discovery and quality analysis under governance controls.
