Key Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔️ Min 10 years experience within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial sector is highly preferred.

✔️ Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law.

✔️ Experience handling employee records, HR documentation, employment contracts, and personnel matters.

✔️ Professional communication, coordination , and report skills.

✔️ CHRP, CHRM, or other recognized HR certifications are highly preferred.
