Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join a Facilities Management company in Dubai. Candidates with previous experience handling retail outlets, shopping malls and commercial facilities will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage MEP/HVAC maintenance and fit-out projects.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and timely project execution.

Manage technicians and coordinate daily work schedules.

Allocate manpower and resources based on project requirements.

Coordinate with the Facility Manager for BOQ preparation and project estimations.

Liaise with clients to understand maintenance and fit-out requirements.

Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments and technical reports.

Coordinate with the Procurement team for project materials.

Review and approve technical quotations.

Conduct HSE training and Toolbox Talks for technicians.

Monitor PPM activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Monitor staff performance and identify training requirements.

Identify additional business opportunities through existing clients.

Candidate Requirements:

5–6 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.

Strong technical background in MEP / HVAC.

Experience in managing retail outlets, shopping malls or commercial properties is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience in maintenance, fit-out and project execution.

Good knowledge of BOQs, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and PPM.

Strong team management, client coordination and communication skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
