10-15+ years in credit cards within banking, covering both business and technology aspects.
Experience in a large core banking or cards platform transformation or migration.
UAE or GCC cards market experience preferred, including familiarity with AECB and local
regulations.
Technical Skills
Card management systems such as Way4, HPS PowerCARD, TSYS, Euronet or equivalent.
Visa and Mastercard scheme rules, ISO 8583, EMV, 3-D Secure and tokenisation.
PCI DSS requirements and controls.
Card fraud, authorisation and dispute management processes.
Understanding of BIAN card service domains and API-led integration.
Preferred Certifications
PCI Professional (PCIP).
Accredited Payments Risk Professional or equivalent payments certification.
Scheme training from Visa or Mastercard.
