🔹 What will you be responsible for?
▪️ Coordinating AMC services for swimming pools, water tanks, lifts, pest control, and other building services.
▪️ Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion of planned services.
▪️ Coordinating with service providers, building supervisors, maintenance teams, and tenants.
▪️ Tracking inspections, service reports, certificates, and compliance requirements.
▪️ Monitoring contract expiry dates, obtaining quotations, and coordinating AMC renewals.
▪️ Keeping tenants and management informed about planned maintenance and service disruptions.
🎯 What are we looking for?
✅ UAE experience in AMC coordination, facilities management, or property maintenance.
✅ Knowledge of building maintenance schedules and relevant regulatory requirements.
✅ Strong vendor coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
✅ Good MS Excel and maintenance tracking skills.
