Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
Hands-on experience managing Kong Gateway in production environments.
Strong understanding of Kong Control Plane and Data Plane deployment models.
Experience with Amazon EKS and Kubernetes administration.
Strong knowledge of API Gateway concepts, REST APIs, API security, routing, plugins, and traffic management.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Tekton, or GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of networking concepts including:
TCP/IP
DNS
Load Balancers
Ingress Controllers
VPNs
Firewalls
TLS/SSL Certificates
Experience with Git-based workflows using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
