Job Title: Marketing Sales Manager – Real Estate (Off-Plan Focus)


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Sales Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry, specifically in off-plan property sales. This role requires a strategic thinker and results-driven professional to lead and execute marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and building client relationships in the competitive Dubai real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed targets for off-plan properties.

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, build, and manage a high-performing sales team of 4-8 members. Provide mentorship, set performance goals, and drive motivation within the team to achieve individual and collective targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the off plan purchase process to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that attract and engage potential investors and homebuyers.

• Networking & Events: Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to generate leads and build brand awareness.

• Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to provide actionable insights for continual improvement.


Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales, with a strong focus on off-plan properties.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.

• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Language: Proficiency in English
