Job Description:
We are seeking highly experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executives with a proven track record in residential interior sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the high-end residential sector and the ability to drive annual sales of AED 10 - 15 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of luxury residential interior projects, targeting high-net-worth clients, developers, and designers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and private clients.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets of AED 10 - 15 million annually.
- Conduct client meetings, present proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the residential interiors or luxury home design industry.
- Strong portfolio of successfully closed high-end interior sales deals.
- Ability to bring in and manage large-scale residential interior projects.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A strong network of high-net-worth individuals, real estate developers, and interior designers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
