Key Responsibilities:

Actively acquire new clients, including real estate agents, builders, and individual borrowers.

Understand client needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions.

Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from initial to loan closing.

Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance.

Analyze the creditworthiness and risk profiles of borrowers.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Mentor and coach junior team members

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in mortgage origination in UAE (Mandatory).

In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
