Expectations and Tasks:

1. Supporting our client with SAP Implementation/Development in the areas of ECC & S4 HANA Material Management, SAP Ariba, as applicable.
2. Identify IT strategic and operational needs and convert them into requirements. Hold regular meetings with business stakeholders to pinpoint challenges, issues, and digital transformation requirements.
3. Design & develop solutions for end-to-end business processes that align with both the IT and organizational strategies. Ensures appropriate use of design principles, standards, methods and toolsets that are consistent with Enterprise Architecture also ensures adherence to development, SDLC, PMO and IT service management standards.
4. Manage the SRM user accounts & org structure in SRM. Support all the SRM external users (Vendors) and resolve all the issues. Provide extensive support for the public tendering process & executive tendering committee.
5. Handle the daily issued tickets (L3 level), incidents & service requests as per the standard ITSM practice. (ISO 20000)
6. Monitor the document traffics between SAP ECC & SAP SRM systems both directions (idocs & XML) also monitor the traffic from Payment channels also monitor the process related scheduled & background jobs.
7. Identify the areas to improve the supplier collaboration & design new solutions using SAP ECC & SAP SRM platforms using SAP Fiori & Webdynpro platforms.
8. Support all the application upgrade, maintenance & downtime activities. Also support all the external IT vendors for the successful completion of the project.

Skills and Competencies

1. Experience in driving & conducting design workshops, with hands-on experience, in delivering procurement business process in S/4 HANA along with integration to other modules.
2. Experience in handling relevant Master Data objects & cutover approaches
3. Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies, Agile (Scrum) Methodology, Activate Methodology and solution manager
4. SAP Certified in MM & Ariba
